I miss sitting in your car because I like your speed

I miss shopping with you because I don't need to worry about the price

Mom, I miss hearing your lame jokes

I miss waiting for you to come back home from work

I miss looking at the window to see whether you are back

when you have a night shift

I miss your cooking especially

I miss hugging you when I sleep

I miss seeing you guys fighting over remote control,

over fries and chicken wings, computer games and the car's seat

I miss nagging at you when your clothes are higgledy-piggledy in the wardrobe, yea especially when I just placed them in order

I miss biting your cheeks and chin and

carrying you upstairs even though you are very very heavy

I miss laughing with all of you before we go to bed

I miss wishing you good night before you sleep

and good morning when you wake up

I miss preparing the foods for you when you come back from schools
