what an ardent affection and whim that i have for the literature works of Jane Austen. im completely delighted with her novels-Becoming Jane and Pride and Prejudice. I can assure that i am not fond of reading novels and i will tell you how did i come about the reading in the following. Literally, they make movies out of the novels. talking about the movies, I am crazy about the ball, the dancing, the gowns, their tones in expressing the words, the language.
i feel like dancing and subconsciously some of the speeches are reiterated in my mind. in addition to it, i even read aloud the novels trying to imitate the way they speak. haha i relish it and it's quite fun. basically, this is how i did come about the reading. quite unsual i suppose.
During Jane Austen's lifetime, the ball and the dancing were the very great opportunity for the poor single women to get their husbands, yeah the rich one of course. But the main actor and actress not always urge to marry for the sake of prospects or securities. they still wait for the affection to blossom on its own.

while reading the novel, the movie itself flashed back and i personally gained more deeper understanding of the movie and the message that the author is trying to reveal. More importantly, i learn more vocabularies. So, the movies and the novels are worth having.
